This item is brand new and was opened only to verify the internal components and overall condition. It should work to Microsoft’s specifications. The controller body is in good condition with some minor but noticeable scuffs, scratches, and wear. The joysticks are in good condition, though the rubber shows light but noticeable wear and some marks. The buttons are in poor condition with noticeable wear, and one or more symbols may be worn down and illegible. The port is also in poor condition with noticeable wear from use and may be slightly loose. Functionality condition:

The controller powers on and off properly, connects to the system via cable, and all buttons function as they should. The joystick has slight drift but still works. Overall, the controller has been tested and is fully functional.
